1. What is Roxi?
Roxi is a cloud based platform that helps streamline operations for bars, lounges and nightclubs. Our product suite allows our clients to run their venues more efficiently by equipping them with various tools. Ultimately, our service will help our clients increase their bottom line and raise their top line.
2. Do I need to register for an account to use Roxi?
Yes. Simply fill out the Register Now form and one of our customer service agents will contact you to confirm the information you provided. You will then be provided with your login credentials and your free 30 day trial will start once you access your dashboard.
3. Does Roxi cost anything?
Yes. All customers will start with a free 30 day trial. When your trial is almost over, our customer service agent will contact you to see whether which of our three plans you would like to continue with. Once you’ve selected a plan, You will be charged the appropriate amount once your free trial expires.
4. Why does a venue require my credit card information to secure a reservation?
Venues require credit card information when reserving bottle service so as to lock in the registration. If you do not show up for your reservation or otherwise fail to cancel your reservation 24 hours or more in advance of the event, you can be charged a cancellation fee.
5. After purchasing or reserving bottle service online, do I need to bring a printed confirmation to the venue?
No. All that is required is that you arrive at the venue with a valid ID and matching credit card that was used for your purchase or reservation.
6. How do I cancel my bottle service reservation?
When you reserve bottle service, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will also include a link to cancel your reservation. Note that you must cancel your bottle service reservation at least 24 hours prior to your event start time in order to avoid being charged a cancellation.

9. How do I send Roxi feedback?

10. How long are your contracts?
Roxi plans are month-to-month. We make it simple to start and stop your service at any time.
11. Can I download Roxi?
No. Roxi is a fully-managed web service. We do not have plans to make a downloadable version. Roxi does provide many standard methods for exporting your data.
12. How do I sign up?
You start with a free trial. We don't collect your credit card until you've determined Roxi is the right product for you.
13. How do I cancel service?
Canceling Roxi is an easy and no-questions-asked process. It's done online right from your Vendor Dashboard.
14. Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time, simply contact us from your Vendor Dashboard and let us know which plan you would like to switch to. When upgrading or downgrading your website plan, you will receive either a pro-rated charge or refund, depending on the cost of your new plan.
15. How will you bill me?
You will be charged monthly on the primary credit card you’ve added to the Vendor Dashboard.
16. What happens at the end of the trial?
Our team will contact you before the trial expires. You can choose from our three plans and pay by credit card from within your dashboard. Your trial account will become your permanent account (all customization, data, and actions will remain intact).
